Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under paragraph 4(d) and section 8 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, after consultation with organizations representative of employers, appoints Ahmed Salem Elmezughi of Water Valley, Alberta, to be a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et de Développement social, en vertu de l’alinéa 4d) et de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, après consultation avec des organismes représentatifs des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ahmed Salem Elmezughi, de Water Valley (Alberta), conseiller du Conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
