Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under paragraph 4(d) and section 8 of the Canadian Centrefor Occupational Health and Safety Act, after consultation with organizations representative of employers, appoints Shayne Tyler Daum of Port Moody, British Columbia, to be a governor of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
