Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Virginia Mearns as Arctic Ambassador of Canada and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($154,178 - $181,365), effective September 15, 2025.
