Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Administered and Enforced by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, 2002-2 (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) section 32 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act;

(b) subsection 64(1) of the Health of Animals Act; and

(c) section 47 of the Plant Protection Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements, 2002-2 (Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments), ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l'article 32 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada;

b) du paragraphe 64(1) de la Loi sur la santé des animaux;

c) de l'article 47 de la Loi sur la protection des végétaux.
