Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 125 of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Michael Jonathan Sabia, O.C., of Montréal, Quebec, to be Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($357,600 - $420,600),

effective July 7, 2025.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 125 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael Jonathan Sabia, O.C., de Montréal (Québec), greffier du Conseil privé et secrétaire du Cabinet, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (357 600 $ – 420 600 $),

à compter du 7 juillet 2025.
