Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under sections 5.1 and 5.3 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Nancy Hamzawi of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($285,300 - $335,600).
