Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Maninder Sidhu, Minister for International Trade; Robert Stewart, Deputy Minister for International Trade; Aaron Fowler, Associate Assistant Deputy Minister for International Trade and Chief Trade Negotiator, Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development; Jess Dutton, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Indonesia; or Victoria Singmin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de partenariat économique global entre le Canada et l’Indonésie;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Maninder Sidhu, ministre du Commerce international, Robert Stewart, sous‑ministre du Commerce international, Aaron Fowler, sous‑ministre adjoint délégué du Commerce international et négociateur commercial en chef, ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, Jess Dutton, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République d’Indonésie, ou Victoria Singmin, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de l’Association des nations de l’Asie du Sud-Est, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord de partenariat économique global entre le Canada et l’Indonésie.
