Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Industry in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi par remplacement, dans la colonne II, de la mention « Le ministre de l’Industrie » figurant en regard de la mention « Agence de développement économique du Pacifique Canada » dans la colonne I, par la mention « Le ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités ».
