Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-427 of March 14, 2025;

(b) designates the Minister of Health, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act in respect of physical activity; and

(c) designates the Minister of State (Sport), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Act in respect of sport.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et au titre de l’article 2 de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2025-427 du 14 mars 2025;

b) charge le ministre de la Santé, membre du Conseil privé du Roi pour le Canada, de l’application de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport en ce qui a trait à l’activité physique;

c) charge le ministre d’État (Sport), membre du Conseil privé du Roi pour le Canada, de l’application de la Loi sur l’activité physique et le sport en ce qui a trait au sport.
