                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Kevin Coady, de la ville de Halifax dans la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, un avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour suprême de la Nouvelle-Écosse, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de la Nouvelle-Écosse.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Kevin Coady, Esquire, of the City of Halifax, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, and a Judge ex officio of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
