Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance,

(a) under subsection 306‍(1) of the Fall Economic Statement Implementation Act, 2023, chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2024, fixes April 1, 2025 as the day on which subsection 278‍(1) and sections 285, 296, 297, 301 and 302 of that Act come into force; and

(b) under subsections 351‍(2) and (3) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2024, No. 1, chapter 17 of the Statutes of Canada, 2024, fixes

(i) April 1, 2025, as the day on which subsections 340‍(2) and (4) and 342‍(2) of that Act come into force, and

(ii) the day on which this Order is made, as the day on which sections 341, 344 and 347 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 306‍(1) de la Loi d’exécution de l’énoncé économique de l’automne 2023, chapitre 15 des Lois du Canada (2024), fixe au 1^er avril 2025 la date d’entrée en vigueur du paragraphe 278‍(1) et des articles 285, 296, 297, 301 et 302 de cette loi;

b) en vertu des paragraphes 351‍(2) et (3) de la Loi n^o 1 d’exécution du budget de 2024, chapitre 17 des Lois du Canada (2024), fixe :

(i) au 1^er avril 2025 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 340‍(2) et (4) et 342‍(2) de cette loi,

(ii) à la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 341, 344 et 347 de cette loi.
