Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2‍(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, transfers from the Minister of State (Emergency Preparedness) to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness the powers, duties and functions under section 7 of the Emergency Management Act that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2024-1183 of November 8, 2024.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d’attributions dans l’administration publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil transfère les attributions prévues à l’article 7 de la Loi sur la gestion des urgences, transférées au ministre d’État (Protection civile) par le décret C.P. 2024-1183 du 8 novembre 2024, au ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile.
