Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under subsection 261‍(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2024, No. 1, fixes the amount of the aggregate of the principal and interest in respect of all the guarantees that are authorized under that subsection at $10,000,000,000.
