Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Student Financial Assistance Regulations under paragraphs 15‍(1)‍(p) and (q) of the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act.
