Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities,

(a) under section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, after consultation by the Minister with the board of directors of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025; and

(b) under subsection 132(6) of the Financial Administration Act, requires that the Auditor General of Canada prepare a report in accordance with Section 3 of Article XIII of the Canada-Michigan Crossing Agreement dated June 15, 2012, on the statement of Canadian contributions and statement of unrecouped Canadian contributions, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit par le ministre, nomme la vérificatrice générale à titre de vérificateur de l’Autorité du pont Windsor-Détroit pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2025;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 132(6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, exige que soit établi par la vérificatrice générale un rapport, conformément au paragraphe 3 de l’article XIII de l’Accord sur le passage Canada-Michigan, daté du 15 juin 2012, sur l’état des contributions canadiennes et l’état des contributions canadiennes non récupérées, pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2025.
