Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, amends the schedule to Order in Council P.C. 2007-281 of March 2, 2007, as amended by Order in Council P.C. 2018-787 of June 14, 2018, Order in Council P.C. 2018-1027 of July 18, 2018 and Order in Council P.C. 2023-770 of July 26, 2023, by replacing “the Minister of State (Seniors)” with “the Minister of Employment and Social Development” in the following provisions: 

(a) the portion of section 1 before paragraph (a); 

(b) subsections 2‍(1) and (2); and 

(c) section 4. 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe du décret C.P. 2007‑281 du 2 mars 2007, modifié par le décret C.P. 2018-787 du 14 juin 2018, le décret C.P. 2018-1027 du 18 juillet 2018 et le décret C.P. 2023-770 du 26 juillet 2023, en remplaçant la mention « ministre d’État (Aînés) » par la mention « ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social » dans les passages suivants :

a) le passage de l’article 1 précédant l’alinéa a);

b) les paragraphes 2‍(1) et (2);

c) l’article 4.
