Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 3‍(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario) in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Industry.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3‍(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi par remplacement, dans la colonne II, de la mention « Le ministre d’État (Agence fédérale de développement économique pour le Sud de l’Ontario) » figurant en regard de la mention « Agence fédérale de développement économique pour le Sud de l’Ontario » dans la colonne I, par la mention « Le ministre de l’Industrie ».
