Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, under subsections 221‍(1) to (2.1) and (5) of An Act to amend the Canada‍–‍Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts (the “Act”), chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2024, fixes the day on which the definition “Regulator” is added to section 2 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, chapter C‍-‍2 of the Revised Statutes of Newfoundland and Labrador, 1990, as the day on which sections 1 to 106 and 210 to 215 of the Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des paragraphes 221‍(1) à (2.1) et (5) de la Loi modifiant la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord atlantique Canada — Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador et la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord Canada — Nouvelle-Écosse sur les hydrocarbures extracôtiers et apportant des modifications corrélatives à d’autres lois (la « ‍Loi‍ »), chapitre 20 des Lois du Canada (2024), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe à la date de l’adjonction de la définition de « Regulator » à l’article 2 de la loi intitulée Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, chapitre C‍-‍2 des lois révisées de Terre‑Neuve‑et-Labrador (1990), la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 1 à 106 et 210 à 215 de la Loi.
