Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Migratory Bird Sanctuary Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under subsection 12‍(1) of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994.
