                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Richard C. Gates, de la ville de Windsor dans la province de l'Ontario, l'un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Richard C. Gates, Esquire, of the City of Windsor in the Province of Ontario, one of Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
