Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Orders in Council P.C. 2014-615 of May 27, 2014, P.C. 2016-750 of August 23, 2016, and P.C. 2022-997 of September 22, 2022, reappoints Benjamin Roebuck of Ottawa, Ontario, as special adviser to the Minister of Justice, to be styled Federal Ombudsperson for Victims of Crime, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six months, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($160,400 - $188,600), effective October 24, 2025.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et des décrets C.P. 2014-615 du 27 mai 2014, C.P. 2016-750 du 23 août 2016, et C.P. 2022-997 du 22 septembre 2022, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Benjamin Roebuck, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller spécial du ministre de la Justice, devant porter le titre d’ombudsman fédéral des victimes d’actes criminels, à titre inamovible pour une période de six mois, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (160 400 $ – 188 600 $), à compter du 24 octobre 2025.
