Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, under subsections 10(2), 13(2), 15(3), 15(4), and 15(5) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Act,

(a) re-appoints Brian Maynard of Calgary, Alberta, as a member of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years;

(b) agrees with the Provincial Government that the salary and other terms and conditions of appointment of Brian Maynard as a member of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board should be in accordance with the annexed schedule; and

(c) fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule;

effective July 8, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, en vertu des paragraphes 10(2), 13(2), 15(3), 15(4), et 15(5) de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord atlantique Canada – Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) renouvelle le mandat de Brian Maynard, de Calgary (Alberta), membre de l’Office Canada—Terre-Neuve et Labrador des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, à titre inamovible pour une période de six ans;

b) convient avec le gouvernement provincial que le traitement et les autres conditions d’emploi de Brian Maynard à titre de membre de l’Office Canada—Terre-Neuve et Labrador des hydrocarbures extracôtiers soient conformes à l’annexe ci-jointe;

c) fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe;

à compter du 8 juillet 2025.
