Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning Cannabis (Streamlining of Requirements) under

(a) subsection 139‍(1) of the Cannabis Act; and

(b) subsection 30‍(1) of the Food and Drugs Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements visant le cannabis (rationalisation d’exigences), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 139‍(1) de la Loi sur le cannabis;

b) du paragraphe 30‍(1) de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues.
