Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri‑Food, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Canadian Food Inspection Agency Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under

(a) subsection 5‍(1) of the Feeds Act;

(b) section 4^c of the Seeds Act;

(c) subsections 64‍(1) and (1.1) of the Health of Animals Act; and

(d) section 47 of the Plant Protection Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments), ci‑après, en vertu : 

a) du paragraphe 5‍(1) de la Loi relative aux aliments du bétail;

b) de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les semences;

c) des paragraphes 64‍(1) et (1.1) de la Loi sur la santé des animaux;

d) de l’article 47 de la Loi sur la protection des végétaux.
