Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 28 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby orders that a warrant be prepared authorizing the expenditure of the sums granted to Her Majesty to defray certain expenses of the public service of Canada in the financial year ending on March 31, 2003, as set forth in Appropriation Act No. 3, 2002-2003.

Sur recommandation de la présidente du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l'article 28 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ordonne que soit établi un mandat afin d'autoriser l'emploi des sommes allouées à Sa Majesté pour régler certaines dépenses de la Fonction publique, engagées au cours de l'exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2003, conformément aux dispositions de la Loi de crédits n^o 3 pour 2002-2003.
