Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Emily Kathleen McCarthy of Ottawa, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective June 19, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Emily Kathleen McCarthy, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 19 juin 2025.
