Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, under subsection 163‍(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, approves the Interim Order Modifying the Operation of Certain Regulations Made Under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, made by the Minister of the Environment on January 31, 2025.
