Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and under subsection 9(a) and section 11 of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, appoints David Lederhendler of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada et en vertu du paragraphe 9a) et de l’article 11 de la Loi sur la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme David Lederhendler, de Montréal (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
