Whereas the Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce, in Alberta, has applied, under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act, to change the boundaries of its district from the limits of a ten mile radius of the town of Fort Saskatchewan excepting thereof all that portion lying south of a line drawn parallel to Highway 16 and two miles north thereof and those areas included in the corporate limits of the city of Edmonton to a 16 km radius of the city of Fort Saskatchewan, with the exception of the portion lying west of Highway 28, the portion lying south of Highway 37 to Highway 28A, the portion lying west of a line drawn from the intersection of Highway 37 and Highway 28A to the intersection of Highway 21 and Township Road 534, the portion lying south of Township Road 534 to Highway 830 and Lamont County with the exception of Whitford, Shandro, the Lamont County boundaries lying east of Range Road 160 and the Lamont County boundaries lying south of Highway 16;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, changes the boundaries of the district of the Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce from the limits of a ten mile radius of the town of Fort Saskatchewan excepting thereof all that portion lying south of a line drawn parallel to Highway 16 and two miles north thereof and those areas included in the corporate limits of the city of Edmonton to a 16 km radius of the city of Fort Saskatchewan, with the exception of the portion lying west of Highway 28, the portion lying south of Highway  37 to Highway 28A, the portion lying west of a line drawn from the intersection of Highway  37 and  Highway 28A to the intersection of Highway 21 and Township Road 534, the portion lying south of Township Road 534 to Highway 830 and Lamont County with the exception of Whitford, Shandro, the Lamont County boundaries lying east of Range Road 160 and the Lamont County boundaries lying south of Highway 16 under section 4 of the Boards of Trade Act.

Attendu que la Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce (Alberta) a présenté, au titre de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de commerce, une demande pour que les limites de son district, soit d’un rayon de dix milles de la ville de Fort Saskatchewan à l’exception de toute la partie au sud équivalant à une ligne parallèle à l’autoroute 16, deux milles au nord en plus des superficies qui appartiennent à la cité d’Edmonton, soient changées de façon à correspondre à un rayon de 16 km de la ville de Fort Saskatchewan, à l’exception de la partie située à l’ouest de l’autoroute 28, de la partie située au sud de l’autoroute 37 jusqu’à l’autoroute 28A, de la partie située à l’ouest d’une ligne allant de l’intersection de l’autoroute 37 et de l’autoroute 28A jusqu’à l’intersection de l’autoroute 21 et du chemin de canton 534 et de la partie située au sud du chemin de canton 534 jusqu’à l’autoroute 830, ainsi qu’au comté de Lamont, à l’exception de Whitford, de Shandro, des limites du comté de Lamont situées à l’est du chemin de rang 160 et des limites du comté de Lamont situées au sud de l’autoroute 16,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les chambres de  commerce, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil change les limites du district de la Fort Saskatchewan & District Chamber of Commerce, soit d’un rayon de dix milles de la ville de Fort Saskatchewan à l’exception de toute la partie au sud équivalant à une ligne parallèle à l’autoroute 16, deux milles au nord en plus des superficies qui appartiennent à la cité d’Edmonton, pour qu’elles correspondent à un rayon de 16 km de la ville de Fort Saskatchewan, à l’exception de la partie située à l’ouest de l’autoroute 28, de la partie située au sud de l’autoroute 37 jusqu’à l’autoroute 28A, de la partie située à l’ouest d’une ligne allant de l’intersection de l’autoroute 37 et de l’autoroute 28A jusqu’à l’intersection de l’autoroute 21 et du chemin de canton 534 et de la partie située au sud du chemin de canton 534 jusqu’à l’autoroute 830, ainsi qu’au comté de Lamont, à l’exception de Whitford, de Shandro, des limites du comté de Lamont situées à l’est du chemin de rang 160 et des limites du comté de Lamont situées au sud de l’autoroute 16.
