The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Maurice C. Richard of the city of Moncton, in the Province of New Brunswick, One of His Majesty’s counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, Family Division, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Maurice C. Richard de la ville de Moncton, dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour du Banc du Roi du Nouveau-Brunswick, Division de la famille, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.
