Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, after consultation with the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, under section 8 and subsection 9(2) of the Export Development Act, appoints Alison Nankivell of Toronto, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($468,900 - $550,600), effective February 5, 2025.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Commerce international, après consultation du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada, en vertu de l’article 8 et du paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Alison Nankivell, de Toronto (Ontario), présidente et première dirigeante d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (468 900 $ – 550 600 $), à compter du 5 février 2025.
