Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under sections 10 and 12 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, appoints Kenneth Yong-Chiang Chan of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
