Whereas the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of New Brunswick has nominated Nancy Grant to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for Province of New Brunswick;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Nancy Grant of Fredericton, New Brunswick, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of New Brunswick, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years. 

Attendu que le ministre de la Justice et procureur général du Nouveau-Brunswick a proposé que Nancy Grant soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Nancy Grant, de Fredericton (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
