The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable J. Danie Roy, a Judge of the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, Family Division, be appointed a Judge of the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division.
