Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Northern Affairs, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Territorial Coal Regulations and the Territorial Land Use Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) under section 23 of the Territorial Lands Act.
