Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under section 63 of An Act to amend the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and to make a clarification relating to another Act, chapter 16 of the Statutes of Canada, 2023, fixes January 6, 2025 as the day on which subsections 3‍(1), (3) and (5), section 4, subsections 5‍(2) and (4), sections 6, 9, 15 and 24 to 26, subsections 27‍(1), (2) and (4) to (7), sections 28 to 30, 32 and 33, subsection 35‍(3), section 36, subsections 38‍(2) and 40‍(1) and (3), sections 41, 42 and 51, subsection 52‍(2) and section 57 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne‑Autochtones et en vertu de l’article 63 de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur la gestion financière des premières nations, modifiant d’autres lois en conséquence et apportant une clarification relativement à une autre loi, chapitre 16 des Lois du Canada (2023), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 6 janvier 2025 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 3‍(1), (3) et (5), de l’article 4, des paragraphes 5‍(2) et (4), des articles 6, 9, 15 et 24 à 26, des paragraphes 27‍(1), (2) et (4) à (7), des articles 28 à 30, 32 et 33, du paragraphe 35‍(3), de l’article 36, des paragraphes 38‍(2) et 40‍(1) et (3), des articles 41, 42 et 51, du paragraphe 52‍(2) et de l’article 57 de cette loi.
