Whereas, in accordance with subsection 16(2) of the Anishinabek Nation Education Agreement Act, the band referred to in the annexed Order has consented, in a manner consistent with the Agreement, to the amendment of the name of the band on the schedule to that Act;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Anishinabek Nation Education Agreement Act (Miscellaneous Program) under subsection 16(2) of the Anishinabek Nation Education Agreement Act.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu du paragraphe 16(2) de la Loi sur l’accord en matière d’éducation conclu avec la Nation des Anishinabes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret correctif visant l’annexe de la Loi sur l’accord en matière d’éducation conclu avec la Nation des Anishinabes, ci‑après.
