Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the First Nations Fiscal Management Act (Miscellaneous Program) under paragraphs 36(1)(a), (b) and (d), 89(a) and 140(a) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act.
