Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Ports of Entry) under subsection 5‍(1) and section 26 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 5‍(1) et de l’article 26 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (points d’entrée), ci-après.
