Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport:

(a) under sections 3 and 6 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, reappoints Gary Drouin of Chelsea, Quebec, as a full-time member of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) under section 4 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, designates Gary Drouin as Chairperson of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada, for a term of five years; and

(c) under section 7 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($220,900 - $259,800);

effective December 18, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 3 et 6 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, renouvelle le mandat de Gary Drouin, de Chelsea (Québec), conseiller à temps plein du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, désigne Gary Drouin, président du Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada pour un mandat de cinq ans;

c) en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (220 900 $ – 259 800 $);

à compter du 18 décembre 2024.
