Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a lease with LeBreton Demain Limited Partnership, for a period of 99 years, for four parcels located at LeBreton Flats, Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à la signature d’un bail d’une durée de 99 ans entre la Commission de la capitale nationale et la société en commandite LeBreton Demain, concernant quatre lots situés sur les plaines LeBreton à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
