Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, approves that the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, under section 31 of the Farm Products Agencies Act, enter into, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Agreement on Guiding Principles for the Marketing of Eggs in Canada, which agreement provides for the coordinated marketing of eggs in Canada and is substantially in accordance with the annexed agreement.

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 31 de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par ce ministre, au nom du gouvernement fédéral, de l’Accord fédéral-provincial-territorial sur les principes directeurs pour la commercialisation des œufs au Canada, lequel accord vise la commercialisation coordonnée des œufs au Canada et est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
