Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant three options to extend the lease with Vivid Contracting Inc., for a period of five years each, beginning on October 1, 2025, October 1, 2030 and October 1, 2035, for real property located at 225 Slack Road, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Vivid Contracting Inc., de trois options de prolongation de cinq ans chacune, soit à compter du 1^er octobre 2025, du 1^er octobre 2030 et du 1^er octobre 2035, du bail portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 225, chemin Slack, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
