The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing Laurie A. Goldbach of the City of Calgary, in the Province of Alberta, Barrister-at-law, a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada.
