Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsection 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Barbara Jean Hicks of Hanover, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective January 9, 2025.
Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Barbara Jean Hicks, de Hanover (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour une période de deux ans, à compter du 9 janvier 2025.
