Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, under section 7 of the Canada Water Agency Act, appoints Daniel Wolfish of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canada Water Agency, on an interim basis, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 18 months, or until such time as a new President is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 8 ($248,300 - $292,100), effective October 15, 2024.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement, en vertu de l’article 7 de la Loi sur l’Agence canadienne de l’eau, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Daniel Wolfish, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de l’Agence canadienne de l’eau par intérim, à titre amovible pour un mandat de 18 mois, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 8 (248 300 $ – 292 100 $), à compter du 15 octobre 2024.
