Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Department of Industry Act, appoints Philip Jennings of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Industry, to be styled Deputy Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($313,300 - $368,500), effective November 4, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Philip Jennings, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre de l’Industrie, devant porter le titre de sous-ministre de l’Innovation, des Sciences et du Développement économique, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (313 300 $ – 368 500 $), à compter du 4 novembre 2024.
