Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, under subsection 41(2) of An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act and another Act, chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 2019, fixes October 1, 2024 as the day on which sections 12, 15, 16, 18, 21 and 22 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 41(2) de la Loi modifiant la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition et une autre loi, chapitre 27 des Lois du Canada (2019), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er octobre 204 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 12, 15, 16, 18, 21 et 22 de cette loi.
