Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice,
(a) under subsections 0.1(2), 0.2(2), 1(8), 1.1(3), 1.2(3), 1.3(2), 1.5(3), 1.6(2), 4(4), 10(3), 10.1(2), 11.1(2), 11.2(2), 11.3(3), 12(2), 12.1(2), 12.2(2), 12.3(2), 13.1(2), 13.2(2), 13.3(3), 13.4(2), 13.5(2), 13.6(2), 13.7(2), 13.8(2), 13.9(2), 13.10(2), 13.11(2), 13.12(2) and 73(1) of An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms), chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2023, fixes September 1, 2024 as the day on which subsections 0.1(1), 0.2(1), 1(3) and (5), 1.1(1) and (2), 1.2(1) and (2), 1.3(1), 1.5(1) and (2), 1.6(1), 4(2) and (3) and 5(1) and (2), section 9.1 and subsections 10(2), 10.1(1), 11.1(1), 11.2(1), 11.3(1) and (2), 12(1), 12.1(1), 12.2(1), 12.3(1), 13.1(1), 13.2(1), 13.3(1) and (2), 13.4(1), 13.5(1), 13.6(1), 13.7(1), 13.8(1), 13.9(1), 13.10(1), 13.11(1) and 13.12(1) of that Act come into force;
(b) under subsections 3.1(4) and 3.2(2) of the English version of An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms), chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2023, fixes September 1, 2024 as the day on which subsections 3.1(1) to (3) and 3.2(1) of the English version of that Act come into force; and
(c) under subsections 3.1(5) and 3.2(3) of the French version of An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms), chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2023, fixes September 1, 2024 as the day on which subsections 3.1(1) to (4) and 3.2(1) and (2) of the French version of that Act come into force.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :
(a) en vertu des paragraphes 0.1(2), 0.2(2), 1(8), 1.1(3), 1.2(3), 1.3(2), 1.5(3), 1.6(2), 4(4), 10(3), 10.1(2), 11.1(2), 11.2(2), 11.3(3), 12(2), 12.1(2), 12.2(2), 12.3(2), 13.1(2), 13.2(2), 13.3(3), 13.4(2), 13.5(2), 13.6(2), 13.7(2), 13.8(2), 13.9(2), 13.10(2), 13.11(2), 13.12(2) et 73(1) de la Loi modifiant certaines lois et d’autres textes en conséquence (armes à feu), chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2023), fixe au 1er septembre 2024 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 0.1(1), 0.2(1), 1(3) et (5), 1.1(1) et (2), 1.2(1) et (2), 1.3(1), 1.5(1) et (2), 1.6(1), 4(2) et (3) et 5(1) et (2), de l’article 9.1 et des paragraphes 10(2), 10.1(1), 11.1(1), 11.2(1), 11.3(1) et (2), 12(1), 12.1(1), 12.2(1), 12.3(1), 13.1(1), 13.2(1), 13.3(1) et (2), 13.4(1), 13.5(1), 13.6(1), 13.7(1), 13.8(1), 13.9(1), 13.10(1), 13.11(1) et 13.12(1) de cette loi;
(b) en vertu des paragraphes 3.1(4) et 3.2(2) de la version anglaise de la Loi modifiant certaines lois et d’autres textes en conséquence (armes à feu), chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2023), fixe au 1er septembre 2024 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 3.1(1) à (3) et 3.2(1) de la version anglaise de cette loi;
(c) en vertu des paragraphes 3.1(5) et 3.2(3) de la version française de la Loi modifiant certaines lois et d’autres textes en conséquence (armes à feu), chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2023), fixe au 1er septembre 2024 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 3.1(1) à (4) et 3.2(1) et (2) de la version française de cette loi
