(a) under paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Suzanne Gilbert of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) under subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Suzanne Gilbert of Toronto, Ontario, as Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board; and

(c) under paragraph 153(1)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($180,500 - $212,300),

effective April 15, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, renouvelle le mandat de Suzanne Gilbert, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Suzanne Gilbert, de Toronto (Ontario), comme vice-présidente de la Section d’appel de l’immigration de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié;

c) en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)d) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (180 500 $ – 212 300 $),

à compter du 15 avril 2024.
